White Pizza – Olive oil, garlic, spinach, ricotta cheese, and fresh mozzarella

Margherita – Olive oil, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, fresh basil, all drizzled with a balsamic glaze

Godfather – Pepperoni, salami, sausage, onions, and banana peppers

Sweet Chili - Sweet chili sauce, chicken, prosciutto, pineapple, and red onion

Bourbon – Grilled chicken, caramelized onion, and bacon

Mushroom – Olive oil, garlic wild mushroom blend, Fontina cheese, and fresh rosemary

Sweet and Salty – Prosciutto, strawberry preserves, and brie cheese

Carbonara – Olive oil, bacon, scallions, Romano cheese, and an over easy egg

Hawaiian – House-made BBQ, ham, bacon, and pineapple

Fire Cracker – Chipotle ranch, grilled chicken, bacon, and hot cherry peppers

Pesto – House-made pesto, grilled chicken, artichokes, caramelized onion, and roasted red peppers

Fresh Pear – Caramelized pear and onion, olive oil, and gorgonzola cheese, topped with a balsamic glaze

Veggie PrimaveraPenne pasta, tossed with artichokes, zucchini, tomato, onions, and spinach, in a creamy tomato sauce

Pasta RosaPenne pasta, tossed with house made sausage, tomatoes, and fresh rosemary, in a creamy tomato sauce


CATERING POLICIES

  • 10% service charge will be added to final total of bill
  • Minimum of 50 people is required to book events
  • Food is served buffet style
  • A signed contract and 30% deposit are required to schedule all events.  Deposit is payable by cash, check, or credit card.  Final person count and balance due no later than 7 days before scheduled event
  • 3% fee will be added to total bill for ALL credit card sales
  • We anticipate 3 hours for scheduled events unless otherwise noted upfront by the client
  • Heavy duty paper plates, plastic utensils, and paper napkins are included in event fee
  • Non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased for $1/person.  Selection includes, but not limited to: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and Water.
